We are the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association

Our core values are personal accountability, the constitutional right to trial by jury, access to a fair and impartial judiciary, and protection of the courts. We champion fair treatment for Kansans injured on the job and the legal protection of Kansans and their rights from those that cause harm through negligence, deception, and unsafe behavior.
